SMS Program Details

Customers must opt in to receive SMS messages by filling out this SMS Authorization Form.

The first SMS message we send to you in response to submitting the SMS Authorization form is as follows:

“Thank you for opting into receive SMS messages from FQ Wireless. Our SMS terms and privacy policy may be reviewed here: Message and data rates may apply. Reply with STOP to unsubscribe at any time or send HELP if you require help.

Our intent with SMS messaging is to simplify communication and improve efficiency with you. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS responses to your inquiries. We will request your permission again on an annual basis.

  • Message frequency varies: We will minimize our responses to those needed to effectively address your questions and to efficiently facilitate customer support
  • Message and data rates may apply
  • Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time

If you send STOP to unsubscribe, you will receive the following response:

“We have received your message to Opt Out of SMS messages from FQ Wireless, therefore we will not send any additional SMS messages. If you wish to re-register at any time, please do so by once again, filling out the SMS Authorization Form.

If you text HELP to FQ Wireless, you will recieve the following response:

Thank you for requesting help from FQ Wireless. Please call us at 866-936-1429, extention 2 for Support.
